About Dr. Martzke:
Dr. Rich Martzke grew up in Grand Ledge. He received his undergraduate education from Michigan State University and went on to receive his DDS degree from the University of Michigan. He truly feels blessed to have practiced dentistry in the same location for 43 years. Dr. Martzke appreciates the confidence his patients have shown in him, and considers it a privilege to be able to give his patients the best care possible.
Professional Organization Involvement:
Dr. Martzke is a life member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association and the Central District Dental Society, as well as the Francis Vedder Crown and Bridge Society. He is committed to being a life-long learner, attending many continuing education courses, allowing him to keep abreast of new techniques and materials. He takes pride in taking the time to achieve optimal results for his patients.
Dr. Martzke and his wife, Tina, have been married for 43 years, have 3 grown sons and 3 grandchildren. He is active in the community, serving as a member of the Grand Ledge Rotary Club, the Downtown Development Authority and has coached youth baseball and hockey. He also enjoys gardening, fishing and playing ice hockey. He is an avid musician, playing trumpet in the MSU Alumni Band and the Grand Ledge Community Band. In their spare time, Dr. Martzke and his wife Tina enjoy spending time in the Upper Peninsula at their cabin.
